A NaPoWriMo blogroll will go up soon -- hopefully, Monday night, after my precious computer is finally returned to me. In the meantime, I'm on a rather slow connection that doesn't permit me, with the level of patience I possess, to fully code the roll...

My computer is still not back from St. Basil's Home for Staticky Circuits, although when I called the shop today, they seemed pretty chipper about the whole thing.
Last weekend, people came to my house and glued many books together while eating cheese and jam. Mmm.
I am reading a Pynchon novel and finished reading a whole bunch of Frank Miller Batman comics and I know I already have a job where I am paid to read but I would like to be paid to read things I actually like.
My right eye is unhappy. I had to wear one ton of eye makeup yesterday during my trip to and from Pennsylvania, and now my eye is sad. I went to the optometrist today, though, so soon my eye will have a whole new look.
My NaPoWriMo plans are to write poems based on random phrases in my notebook, including "The Sheep of Oviedo" and "Muppet-Pelt Vest." I will also finish my stupid manuscript! Die, stupid manuscript, die!
I will not bind any books for the whole of April. I will go read poems and teach classes and pretend that I am actually a poet instead of an attorney. I will wear my poet clothes which look just like my regular clothes except they are made entirely of the sweat and teardrops of imaginary ponies and love. My attorney clothes look like my regular clothes except that they are made of human screams.
