I drank one of the homebrews (number 25...it was very good) and read a book and visited Ryan's bedroom to look at the weird mobile of metal mosquitos I noticed earlier. Spellcheck wants me to spell "mosquitos" with an "e" but I am not going to because you would not do so in Spanish and all mosquitos are Spanish. To them, all of us are just tapas on the hoof.
I had a productive day at work, with semi-interesting work that I was allowed to perform without interruptions. I cleaned my office. They fixed my AC. I got a very nice lunch and finished re-reading Howl's Moving Castle, which I started in the tub yesterday. Then I walked toward Dupont Circle, got an empanada at Julia's, ice-cream at Larry's and walked over to 17th and across P street and over to 14th and then down to Rhode Island and then back over to 16th. Then I went to the Burlesque reading and visited with Flash and then walked back to Dupont, where a giant brass band was jamming on the pavement and forcing random passersby to take washboards and castanets and join in.
Now I am home and printing the very first finished copy of A2O. Yay!
