Actual doctors review episodes of House. While many medical students I know are totally obsessed with House, they often do pick bones - ha - with the actual medicine being practiced in the episodes. It must come with the professional school territory -- when I was in law school, we did the same thing with episodes of Law and Order. Bestest thing ever: a guy leaping up during an episode and yelling, "Objection! Hearsay!" at Sam Waterson.
