I was putting the finishing touches on Villanelles are Retarded when I noticed that one of the poems wasn't in the book! Aarghh! The last one, to boot, and without it, the book just kind of hangs there. So I had to un-sleeve and unbind all 75 copies, take out the blank page where the poem should be, print out new pages with the poem on them, insert them, and now I must trim the new pages to match the size of the pages in each book, and then rebind and re-sleeve all the books.
It is also 3 p.m. and I haven't had anything to eat or drink all day, so I am turning into a dehydrated anger monster. I think I'm going to leave it be for a little while, lest I have another awl-related accident. Sigh.
